Subject: Out of office settings
Dear All,
We are approaching the Christmas period again when many of us will be out of the office and enter automatic messages to our mailboxes. If you let us know in advance the dates you will be out of the office (send a message with ADMIN in the subject field) we can set our software accordingly to avoid that we will get automatic messages to our mailbox. Alternatively, you can also set your automatic message not to react if the message comes from a particular email address like the digest one.
We thank you all for your kind attentio to this matter.

Re.: the Morse tutor - Any news of Owen ?
Answer to: Rolf Brunsting
Re.: Times gone by - My only contact with atomic clocks is that I set my Psion to be automatically adjusted to an atomic clock every tim I connect. However, it means the clock is always a few minutes fast for one reason or another .... As to Darwin, also your opinion is just an opinion, but I think we will not go into this subject again as I am afraid of the reactions in the digest ....
To All
Re. Update on BigBen - Cellphonesoft have now confirmed that the usage of 7 to 8% per hour could be right and that they will continue to improve the program. Apparently every minute the phone program comes to the foreground and needs their program to reactivate the locking again, which of course takes battery power every time. SE have not released the codes how to stop the phone from coming to the foreground, which makes it difficult for Cellphonesoft to do something about this. A pitty that SE are not prepared to share these data with other software producers as a service to their customers. I think this is a very shortsighted policy.
