=====================================
Dear Subscribers,
Over the last few months we regularly receive a big number of bounced digests per return (usually over 100) with reasons like "the addressee doesn't exist", "mailbox is full", "doesn't like the sender" and more. A lot of subscribers also receive the digest as spam.
In order to stop this happening we decided to clear all bounced addresses from our address list. If you state, that you didn't receive the digest, what you can check by comparing the previously received digests with the stored ones in our archive
http://www.psioneering.co.uk/digests/index.html,
you should resubscribe by sending an empty email to the digest address from the address, you want to subscribe, with the word "SUBSCRIBE" in the subject field. The email address is as usual
Furthermore we implemented a new subscribing procedure. New subscribers will receive an email with an unique password. He/she has to reply to this email by pressing the reply button in the email application. We will subscribe the new subscriber only, if the reply contains the right password. By this way we hope to exclude spammers from our list.
To avoid receiving the digest as spam we would like to propose you to enter the addresses<address truncated> and<address truncated> (the address which Rolf is sending the digest from) in the whitelist of your email account.
We thank you in advance for your kind assistance in this matter and look forward to continue this digest for many more years to come.
With best regards,
The Digest Team

Hi, Jim,
sorry, I sent this on its way w-o a subject:

Yes. Look in the digest archive at around nr. 990 (keyword: "5mx keyboard").
I got then some good advice von Itamar and Paul Wright, about a
kitchenknife... It worked for me, but it's a bit risky...
For the more conventinal way: see here for details on dismantling.

Would be glad if it helps...

Since you quoted me I was mention again, the Mini-Note was designed for students so it has a scratchproof screen and a spillproof keyboard.

Im talking about hitting the extreme lef tor right of the spacebar - does that work for you? Still, the larger keys on the Mini mean I can type much faster with fewer mistakes.
